Individual therapy is a one-to-one approach tailored to your unique experiences, values, and self-identified goals. Sessions explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and significant life events, while encouraging skills for greater self-awareness, resilience, healthier relationships, and improved daily functioning. There is no set number of sessions; treatment length is based on your needs and progress. Sessions are conducted through a secure remote platform and are generally 60 minutes long.
