Owner and Psychotherapist
Natasha Whyte, LCSW (she/her/hers), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to promoting mental and emotional well-being through culturally attuned, evidence-based care.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, with a diverse background in mobile crisis intervention, special education, geriatrics, and community-based social work.
Natasha addresses a range of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. She utilizes the following therapy modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Her approach is highly personable and informative, helping clients feel at ease, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes, going for walks along the Farmington River, and traveling.
