Founder and Psychotherapist
Natasha Whyte, LCSW (she/her/hers) is the founder of Bloom Well Connecticut. She is a licensed clinical social worker and certified school social worker, dedicated to supporting mental and emotional well-being through a culturally attuned, evidence-based lens.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Natasha brings extensive experience in clinical social work and case management, having worked across diverse settings including schools, emergency medical services, inpatient and outpatient care, affordable housing, and community-based agencies.
Natasha supports adolescents and adults navigating a range of challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. Her approach draws from research-informed therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and reading.
