Owner and Founder
Natasha Whyte, LCSW (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker, dedicated to supporting mental and emotional well-being through a culturally attuned, evidence-based lens.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Natasha brings extensive experience in clinical social work and case management, having worked across diverse settings including schools, emergency medical services, residential treatment, geriatrics, and community-based agencies. She has spent the entirety of her career providing direct support to vulnerable populations including minorities, individuals with disabilities, experiencing homelessness, and older adults.
Natasha treats adolescents, adults and older adults navigating a range of challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. Her approach is holistic, calling attention to the whole person, including mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, increasing the likelihood of positive and sustainable mental health outcomes. Natasha utilizes various research-informed therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and reading. She is also a beloved cat owner.
